In the postpartum period—especially that first month—you don’t always feel like the woman you were before. It’s a massive transition, and honestly, trying to 'recover' that old self immediately is impossible. My advice? Embrace the change. Between the lack of sleep and the physical recovery, you won’t have the energy to choose a new outfit every day. This time around, I am taking control. I’m making the uniform myself. I’ve designed clothes that are comfortable, feel like me, and allow me to actually enjoy the mandatory bed rest and home life
